Description

9/7/22 - This is a fairly scarce Japanese Type 90 two-barrel flare gun with original holster that went to the Japanese Air Force. It's all original with maybe 75% of the finish remaining, with most of the wear/flaking on the grip frame. It's a third variation example, one of only 3,000 produced, and at time of printing, only 13 examples had been reported for Derby & Brown's book. The markings on the top feature the "sky" marking, which is believed to indicate Air Force issue. Both bores on this item are in excellent condition. The rig is complete with an original holster that does show age and wear but is generally intact and functional.
