Description
8/12/26 - This is a nice example of a Walther PP issued to the Luftwaffe in 1941. It has the proper "Waffen 359" military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame, has a really nice original high polish finish (known trait of the Luftwaffe guns), and falls solidly in the proper serial range. It comes with an un-numbered but period-correct magazine that has a rare box-style finger extension - unfortunately, the hump on the back is chipped off. The gun has retained about 91-92% of its original bluing. There is muzzle wear, an area of light spotty wear on the right side of the slide, and an area of splotchy discoloration at the back right of the slide. There are a few small spots of discoloration and pitting on the left side of the frame. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips. Mint bore.
