Description
9/25/26 - This is a scarce Mauser Model 1934 issued to the Nazi army during WW2. It was made around 1940. Only about 8,000 of this variation made. All matching with the proper Eagle test proof and "Eagle 655" military acceptance proof on the left side of the tang. It has retained about 93-94% of its original high polish bluing. There is spotty wear, concentrated mostly on the front half of the slide. There are a couple of small spots of oxidation and light pitting in the same areas. Light streak of wear on the front strap. Fitted with a period-correct wood grip - some scratching on the right side. Comes with one Mauser Model 1914 magazine - seems to function fine in the gun. Very nice bore with great rifling.
