Description
8/6/20 - This is a very nice example of a hard-to-find French MAB Model D that was manufactured for the German Army following their occupation of France in 1940. It has proper WaA251 proofs on the frame and Nazi eagle on the barrel. It also comes with correct grips and magazine. The bluing rates at about 90-92% with most of the finish loss on the front strap. There is minor high edge wear on the slide, and an area of finish loss on the left side rear. Original grips show about the same amount of wear as the gun. Minty bore. The slide stop is not strong enough to hold the slide back without keeping your thumb in place to hold it open. This seems to be a weak spring issue.Specifications
