Description
8/14/24 - This is a stunning example of a scarce, early Walther PPK issued to the Nazi police force in 1938. The gun is all matching, has "Crown N" proofs, and has a police "Eagle C" proof on the left side of the frame. This is a scarce variation, as almost all of the police "Eagle C's" had Eagle N proofs. This one has retained about 98% of its early high polish finish. There is just a hint of wear around the muzzle and an area of very light freckling near the ejection port. Comes with a period-correct grip - there are hairline cracks on both sides and on the spine. Also comes with a rare "Million Series" police arsenal-numbered magazine. Mint bore.
