Scarce SVW 45 Mauser P.38 Rig - Dual-tone Finish

5/21/26 - This is a scarce, dual-tone finish SVW 45 Mauser P.38 from 1945. It has a blued barrel with a phosphate slide and frame. Only about 7,800 of these guns were made. All matching with the proper "Waffen 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs. These finishes are a bit difficult to rate, but we estimate this one to be about 96%. There is just very minor wear on the front edges of the slide, minor muzzle wear, a couple of small dots of pitting on the left side of the slide, and some spots of discoloration here and there (typical for these finishes). Fitted with black plastic grips. It comes with as a rig with 1944-dated holster, one "Waffen 135" marked magazine, and a scarce and proper, late-war, "U" marked, and "Waffen 135" marked Mauser magazine. Correct late-war ribbed follower. The holster has a 1944 date, a "Waffen 641" military acceptance proof, and a "DLU" makers mark, indicating it was made by Ewald Luneschloss, Militar-Effekten-Fabrik, Solingen, Nordrhein-Westfalen. The name "GUICE" is scratched lightly onto the back and written in marker on the inside. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
