Description
6/9/26 - This is a scarce, dual-tone finish SVW 45 Mauser P.38 from 1945. It has a blued barrel with a phosphate slide and frame. Only about 7,800 of these guns were made. All matching with the proper "Waffen 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs. These finishes are a bit difficult to rate, but we estimate this one to be about 93%. There is general high edge wear, muzzle wear, some thinning on the front strap, and some minor discoloration here and there on the phosphate parts (typical for these finishes). Fitted with period-correct reddish phenolic grips. Comes with an un-proofed magazine. The bore is like-new. De-cocker is functional.
