Description
7/17/26 - This is a scarce, dual-tone finish SVW 45 Mauser P.38 from 1945. It has a blued barrel with a phosphate slide and frame. Only about 7,800 of these guns were made. All matching with the proper "Waffen 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs. These finishes are a bit difficult to rate, but we estimate this one to be roughly 85%. Most of the finish loss is on the front strap, but there is also general high edge wear and muzzle wear. Some minor discoloration here and there on the phosphate parts (typical for these finishes). Fitted with period-correct black plastic Mauser grips. Excellent bore with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional. It comes as a rig with two proper "Waffen 135" Mauser magazines and a minty 1945-dated black leather holster.
