Description
7/16/26 - This is a rare 480 code Walther P.38 from 1940. All numbered parts are matching, including the grips. The gun has retained roughly 80-85% of its original bluing. Most of the wear is on the right side of the slide, but there is also thinning and light patina on the front strap, wear around the muzzle, and wear on the high edges of the left side of the slide. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout. De-cocker is functional. It comes as a rig with a period-correct hard shell holster (date is not legible) and two numbered but mismatched Walther magazines. The holster has some stitching holes on the back and a small hole in the closure strap.
