Description

2/11/23 - This is a nice Smith & Wesson Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman from 1971. It is marked 'G.S.P.' on the frame - not certain the significance but our guess is Georgia State Police. Matching numbers throughout. Minty bore. The grips show handling wear/smoothing in the corners. The revolver has patches of finish loss on the trigger guard and both sides of the muzzle, and a little more on the cylinder. Minor oxidation on the frame as well.
