Description
3/24/26 - This is a nice example of a Smith & Wesson Model 1899 DA double action revolver, manufactured in the early 1900's and chambered in .38 Special. 4 inch barrel. The gun has retained roughly 75% of its original high polish bluing. There is wear in the finish throughout, but it's most noticeable along the barrel and on the grip straps. An area of circular scratching on the left side of the frame. Fitted with correct black hard rubber grips. The bore has strong rifling, but there are areas of minor pitting throughout. Fully functional.
