Description
3/10/26 - This is an excellent example of a Smith & Wesson Model 25-2 (Model 1955) that was manufactured in 1978. This Model 25-2 is all-matching, and is fitted with target style adjustable sights, and serrated front strap, back strap, and trigger. This revolver has retained about 95% of its original finish, with most wear presenting as some muzzle wear on the left and ride sides of the barrel, and a turn line on the cylinder. There are also hints of high edge wear and a scratch below the cylinder release button on the right side of the frame. This S&W is fitted with unbranded, aftermarket wood grips that show no signs of chips or cracks. The bore on the 6.5" barrel has strong, crisp rifling throughout; 9/10. Mechanically sound with proper lock-up and timing.
