Description

2/9/26- For sale is a 1918 produced Model 1905 bayonet. The blade has almost all the original bluing except for a small bit of wear near the tip of the blade. The blade has a reasonable edge but no signs of recent sharpening. The blade is stamped with "SA 1918" and the flaming bomb on one side and then "US 993845" on the other side. The handle appears to be stamped "9592". The grips have no chips or major scrapes. The scabbard is the newer WW2 pattern of shaped plastic painted green down to the tip. The belt hooks are present and intact. The metal lip of the scabbard has the US marked flaming bomb. Overall in excellent condition.
