4/30/26- For sale is an original TEXTAN-manufactured 1942 U.S. M1917 .45 ACP revolver holster in excellent condition. This WWII production example is increasingly scarce on the market, with comparable pieces becoming harder to find in this level of preservation. The holster retains crisp, clearly legible markings, including the “U.S.” stamp on the front flap and “Textan 1942” maker/date stamp on the reverse. The leather remains supple with normal pliability, showing only light, honest age while maintaining a strong, well-formed body. Stitching is fully intact throughout, and all original components are present, including the toe plug, which remains tight and secure. The interior leather is notably clean, further supporting its excellent overall condition. A solid, collector-grade WWII M1917 holster.
