Description
05/12/26 - For sale is an Italian Terni M38 T.S. Carcano that was converted after the war to 8mm Mauser for Egypt. The metal has aged to a grey/brown oxidation. The receiver is notched for the 8mm cartridge to feed into the magazine. An S stamped on the receiver and bolt. The stock is slightly dry with some of the grains standing proud. There are two 3" cracks on each side of the toe. The right side of the stock has a "P V" disk and remnants of a painted number. The bore is fair with good rifling. The surface is starting to darken and oxidize. The rear sling swivel and cleaning rod are absent. Import mark on the bottom of the barrel.
