Description

6/16/25 - For sale is a Colt Model 1911 made and has a Colt Letter matched. The slide is a war time slide while the frame is original. The slide had been refinished while the frame is worn down to bare metal. The slide has edge wear and the stamps are still fairly sharp. The frame has freckles of surface oxidation and the right side has light surface corrosion. The grips are in good shape without cracks. The main spring has been replaced with a 1911A1 housing. The barrel bushing also looks to be a replacement as its parkerized. The barrel is marked H P on top of the chamber. There is a "5" in front of the lug and a "D" on the left face of the lug. Bore is bright but there visible surface wear and some buildup in the edges of the grooves. The magazine is blued and is stamped "L" on the toe.
