Description

11/25/25 - This is a very early Colt Model 1911 issued to the US military in 1913. It is "United States Property" marked and has the proper military inspection proof. The slide is a replaced, later variant. Correct Colt "H P" barrel. The finish rates roughly 50%. The majority of the actual finish loss is concentrated on the grip straps and along both sides of the slide (light scratchy wear on the slide). There is some light pitting on the right side of the slide and a few small dots of discoloration on the top of the slide. Fitted with reproduction wood grips. Comes with a period-correct lanyard loop magazine. The bore has great rifling with just light frosting in the grooves.
