Description

7/16/25 - For sale is a nice Walther P.38 made in 1944. The slide and barrel have a nice blued finish with light edge wear from holster rub. There is an interesting vertical line on the right slide of the slide but is not a crack. The frame has a hint of plum finish. The front of the grip shows wear from use. The grip panels are in excellent shape without any cracks or breaks. The barrel is very bright with strong rifling. The pistol has matching serial numbers on the slide frame, barrel, and locking block. The magazine retains a nice blued finish. "jvd" is stamped on the side. There are patches of pitting on the side wall and some on the bottom of the base plate. Decocker functions properly.
