SOLD - German WWI Model 1916 Inert Training Stick Grenade

10/13/25- For sale is a WWI German training grenade. Made in the famous M1916 "stick grenade" pattern, this training model has a hollow head where a small dummy charge could be placed. The stick is stamped with "Übung Stielhandgranate", German for "exercise stick grenade" and an indication, like on real grenades, of a five second timer. The bottom cap unscrews to reveal the compartment for the pull string which is unfortunately missing. Some of the paint and finish has come off the metal parts and the wooden handle has the expected wear and scratches but no serious damage. Overall in very good condition and the closest thing to a real WWI grenade you can easily buy online!
