SOLD - Gorgeous Pair of Engraved, Cattle Brand Colt Single Action Army Revolvers - Turnbull

9/2/25 - This is a gorgeous pair of rare, engraved, cattle brand Colt Single Action Army revolvers. Each gun comes with both a Colt Factory letter and a Turnbull Restoration letter. Both presented in a maroon velvet-lined wood case. They were part of a small, 10-gun order from Turnbull in 2003 and fall in a very particular cattle brand "CB" serial range. The "B" suffix indicates a blued finish, and the "S" suffix indicates a silver-plated finish. They left the Colt factory with no markings and a specific 400 grit polished finish, prepared for the work to be done by Turnbull Restoration. According to Turnbull, they are a matching pair of Cattle Brand SAA revolvers completed in 2003 with 3/4 hand-cut engraving coverage by John Adams & Son. One has a bone color case hardened frame, gate & hammer and charcoal blue trim. The other has a silver-plated finish. Both are fitted with beautiful two-piece ivory grips with blind screw holes. Both guns are in like-new, unfired condition with no signs of use or wear.
