Description
04/22/26 - For sale is a No1 Mk3 ShtLE made at BSA in 1917. The rifle had been adapted to shoot rifle grenades with the discharger cup installed. Reinforcing wires were wrapped around the rifle to prevent breakages. The receiver has an aged bluing with it turning a grey color with some hints of brown from patina. The stock is clean and in great shape. The wire wrapping has some light play but is not fraying apart. The bore is fairly bright with good rifling. There's some light oxidation in the grooves. The rifle has matching numbers on the receiver, bolt, and nosecap. The discharger cup in great shape and functions properly.
