02/20/26 - For sale is a 1st Series Nagoya Type 99 Arisaka chambered in 7.7x58. The rifle is in good shape overall but well worn. The metal has lost basically all of its finish. There is shallow prickling of pitting throughout the metal on the rifle. The stock shows many scratches and handling marks. Left of the receiver tang shows a old chip missing and the left side of the stock at the nose cap is also missing a 1.5" piece. The lef tanti aircraft isght is slightly bent and liiley can be straightene.d The bore is fairly bright but there is corrosion damage at the muzzle. The rifle retains its full Imperial Mum. The rifle has matching numbers throughout but the dust cover and cleaning rod are absent. The monopod is properly proofed.
