Description
9/10/25- This is a decent example of an early WW2 Type 30 Bayonet made by Nagoya. The bayonet features a bright fullered blade and other early features such as a bird's head pommel, hooked cross guard, and a ball-tipped metal scabbard. The blade is properly in the white with some dark streaks from wear. The blade shows some grind marks near the tip of the blade. The cross guard has some dark patina. The pommel has wear and some deep oxidation. The pommel is serial numbered. The wood grip is very dark and has some small nicks and dents, but is still fully intact. The scabbard on this bayonet is in overall nice condition with some dark patina and spots of oxidation. Most of the finish loss is at the top of the scabbard.
