Description
7/23/26 - This is near-mint condition example of a Ruger Security-Six revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, featuring a 2.75-inch barrel. The serial number dates it to 1974, the third year of production. The revolver is fitted with adjustable sights, an exposed hammer, and smooth wood Ruger medallion grips that fit the gun perfectly, and sit ergonomically in the hand. The manufacturer marking is stamped on the left side of the barrel, the model marking is on the frame, and the caliber designation is on the right side of the barrel. Serial number stamped on the butt of the grip frame. This example retains about 99% of its original blued finish, with just a faint turn line on the cylinder and a few micro scratches on either side of the barrel. The bore is mint, timing is excellent, lock up is tight, and the trigger is smooth in both double and single action.
