5/14/25 — For sale is a Winchester M1 Garand rifle originally manufactured in 1943 and later issued to Denmark. The rifle is in excellent condition overall and retains a dark parkerized finish applied during the Danish arsenal rework. There are slight scratches to the finish consistent with service use. The Danish replaced stock is in great shape with only minor handling marks, however, a 1" crack on the left side below the clip release. The number stamped on the bottom of the stock does not match the rifle’s serial number. The barrel is Danish-made, dated February 1965, and proofed accordingly. The bore is excellent, rating 9/10 with a muzzle erosion of 1 and throat erosion of 0.
