9/25/25 - This is a rare, original German NSDAP DAF (Deutsche Arbeitsfront) flag pole topper constructed of nickel/silver plated alloy, standing about 8.25in (21cm) tall and formed as the classic DAF cogwheel with canted swastika. These were officially adopted after the dissolution of trade unions in 1933 and formalized under the NSDAP by 1936. This particular example bears an “RZM M3/27” stamp on the front bottom of the topper base. While the topper is in overall excellent condition, there are micro scratches throughout the metal, along with very light spots of scattered oxidation, consistent with honest age and handling.
