Description
9/10/25 - This is a beautiful, near-mint example of a very rare "Zero Series" Walther P.38, manufactured in 1945. They are called a zero series because the serial numbers start with a zero. Only about 1,750 of these were produced. This one is all matching and has "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. It has retained nearly all of its original finish with just the slightest hints of high edge and muzzle wear and a hint of thinning on the front strap. Some rough machining marks on the slide (typical for these late-war guns. Fitted with reddish bakelite grips and comes with a an "Eagle 135" marked Mauser magazine. The bore is mostly shiny with strong rifling, but there is some light freckling in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
