Description

9/30/25 - For sale is a Kornbusch Gewehr 98 made in 1917. The rifle is in good shape overall but shows its age and wear. The metal has patina and aged bluing. Some of the receiver has remnants of an enamel-like finish rubbing away. The stock has plenty of handling marks but in good condition. The bottom, behind the rear sling swivel, has a couple splits developing form being dry. The bore is bright with good rifling, with a slight cloudiness. The rifle is nearly all matching except the handguard is unmarked. The stock is duffle cut under the rear barrel band. Muzzle also has a muzzle cover installed.
