Description
5/21/26- For sale is a US M1905 bayonet made by the very rare Wilde Tool maker with a rare "Lazy S" scabbard. Based on total production numbers, Wilde Tool bayonets are only about 4% of all M1905 bayonet production and the "Lazy S" scabbards are about 10% of production, making this combination one of the rarest bayonet/scabbard combinations. The bayonet is at its original length and nicely Parkerized with very light finish wear and only two very small edge chips. The blade is stamped "WT US 1943" along with the flaming bomb emblem. The plastic handles are intact and undamaged. The scabbard has the correct flaming bomb stamp on the throat, along with the sideways "Lazy S". The scabbard is undamaged and has light paint loss. Overall in excellent condition.
