Description
08/11/26 - For sale is a Springfield Model 1884 Trapdoor chambered in .45'70 Gov't made in 1887. The rifle is in good condition with dull grey finish on the metal. There's freckling of old oxidation throughout the surface. There are patches of old surface rust on the receiver. The stock was sanded sometime in the past. Structurally sound overall but there is a 1/4" hairline crack behind the tang. The bore is bright with good rifling. There is surface oxidation at the muzzle.
