Description
09/18/26 - For sale is a Springfield Model 1884 Trapdoor with the ramrod bayonet chambered in .45-70 Gov't made in 1891. The rifle has a nicely aged finish, with the bluing turning a mixture of grey and brown on the barrel. There are some patches of surface oxidation. The trapdoor has lost the bulk of its case-hardened finish. The stock is in great shape without any cracks or breaks. Some light surface scuffing and handling wear. The bore is bright with strong rifling.
