Description

8/6/25 - For sale is a Springfield Model 1898 Krag-Jorgensen that was sporterized to a carbine length. The rifle retains an aged bluing with spotting of old oxidation. The stock is in nice shape but has been lightly sanded and theres a 1" crack behind the tang. The bore is bright with strong rifling but does gets slightly darker towards the muzzle. The barrel and stock were cut down.
