07/08/26 - For sale is a Steyr K98k in made in 1944. The rifle is heavily worn with pretty much none of the finish remaining on the metal. The stock is in good shape with light surface wear. The bore is bright with good rifling, but is darkening at the muzzle. The rifle is bolt-matched. The Eagle/Swastika stamp has been peened out on the barrel, which is usually a sign of Balkan or Romanian capture. The front barrel band has been touched up with cold blue. Import mark on the barrel. The serial number was added by the importer on the receiver.
