2/12/25 - For sale is a K98k that is marked as made at the Steyr Arsenal in 1944. The rifle has been modified by a prior owner to create a force matched rifle. The metal shows signs of being ground and almost all the parts have been touched by Cold Blue. The receiver shows signs of being ground and we believe the "bnz 44" has been restamped. The barrel serial has also been restamped and there's an excess of Eagle WaA140 stamps. The stock shows signs of being sanded and other is a split forming behind the tang between laminate layers. The bore is bright with good rifling with a cloudiness. The bolt has matching serial numbers but also been restamped.
