09/05/2024 - For sale is a Mauser 1871 Carbine that was made in 1876 at the Steyr Factory. This carbine is in good but worn condition overall with the metal browning with age and speckling of oxidation. The rifle has matching serial numbers on the barrel, receiver, bolt, bolt head, striker assembly, and middle barrel band. The stock has been duffle cut and is missing its front section and nose cap. The bore is dark with visible rifling when shining a light.
