3/18/26 - This is a stunning example of a Colt Super .38 manufactured in 1929, the first year of production. It is all correct and comes with a period-correct box (no legible numbering), owners manual, one box of vintage ammo, a cleaning rod, and one proper magazine. There is a professional personalized inscription on the left side of the frame that reads "Claude A. Warner". There was no information that we could find on who this might be. Other than the inscription, the gun has retained nearly all of its beautiful high polish bluing and shows virtually no signs of wear other than a few tiny surface scratches and a few tiny dots of oxidation here and there. Fitted with mint checkered wood grips. Like-new bore.
