Description
7/8/26 - This is a very nice example of a super rare 1935 "G Date" Mauser Luger that was initially issued to the German Army but later diverted to their police. There were only 500-1,000 of this variation produced, all in the late 'e' serial block or early 'f' block for the G Date variation. This one is all matching with a correct added police sear safety and proper "Eagle 63" military acceptance proofs on the slide. It also comes with one matching-numbered police magazine. The gun's original finish rates about 94% with minor high edge/muzzle wear, a couple of small dots of discoloration on the left side of the frame, and some brown patina on the grip straps. Fitted with excellent wood grips - the right side is numbered and matching, the left is un-numbered. The bore has good rifling, but there is noticeable freckling throughout.
