Description

3/13/25 - This is a great example of a BYF 44 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. All matching with the proper "Waffen 135" military acceptance proofs. The locking block is unmarked. It has retained about 95% of its original finish. Just hints of high edge and muzzle wear and some minor thinning on the front strap. Fitted with reddish bakelite grips. Small chip on the rear of the grips just under the tang. The pistol includes an "Waffen 135" marked Mauser magazine. The bore is shiny with great rifling and rates a good 9 of 10. De-cocker is functional.
