Description

3/21/24 - This is a very nice example of a French MAS Model 1936, referred to by some as a "mystery" MAS 36. It's believed these were completed by the French resistance, during the early portion of WWII and the German occupation. This one has minor bluing wear on the muzzle, but excellent condition overall otherwise. The "stacking" pin on the right side pf the barrel band appears to have been ground off. Excellent bore with minimal signs of use. Matching bolt and receiver. Stock is in great shape with no defects. Features a spike bayonet that inserts nicely into the stock, just under the barrel muzzle. C&R eligible. No import marks.
