Description

2/22/23 - This is a very nice example of a matching and original Swiss Bern Model 1929 Luger. Matching numbers on frame, barrel, sideplate and toggle. The Model 1929 featured several upgrades and updates from the previous iterations, such as the closed grip safety, and these are dated in the frame recess. This one was made in December of 1942. The P-prefix to the serial indicates this was made for private purchase. Original black bakelite grips are in great condition with no major defects. Minty bore. The blue rates at around 97% with just minor edge and surface wear, but no major spots of bluing loss. Magazine has some flaking on the base.
