Description
5/1/26- For sale is a Swiss M1899 bayonet for the M1911 series of Schmidt Rubin rifles. The blade is bright with some light patina and no edge chipping. There are some small surface scruffs so the blade may have been buffed at some point. The blade is stamped "Waffenfabrik Neuhausen". The crossguard is serialized 427791. The scabbard has some light finish wear but no serious damage. There is a small Swiss cross on the scabbard tip. The frog is intact and is stamped on the back with a manufacturer mark. Overall in excellent condition.
