Description

10/13/23 - This is a beautiful Mauser Luger from 1942, sometimes referred to as a "Brown Recluse" by collectors as it has the original, matching wood grips but Black Widow magazine. The pistol is matching and original with around 96% of the blue remaining. Standard high edge wear on sideplate, muzzle and rail, and a small spot of wear on the back strap. Minty grips with no chips or cracks. Bore is shiny with strong rifling but there is some frost in the grooves. Mag base has no cracks or chips. The listing includes an original French Franc from 1944, and a customs certificate from late-WW2. The certificate is not serialized so we obviously cannot state that it's original to this pistol.
