Description

4/29/21 - This is a terrific Nazi FN Browning High Power with the original capture certificate from 1945. The pistol was brought back by Pfc John Holleran in September of that year, even going so far as to specify it was brought back in his duffel bag. The pistol is all matching and original with hardly any bluing loss overall. There's an area of wear on the front edge of the left side of the frame, and some patina/minor thinning on the back strap. There is minor oxidation on both sides of the frame just below the slide, and a small patch of freckling on the right side near the muzzle. Strong bore with minor signs of use. Minty grips. Period original magazine.
