Description
5/19/26- For sale is a Type 30 training bayonet. The blade is bright and has light patina and no damage or edge chipping. The blade has no manufacturer or inspection stamps and the blade is unsharpened. The crossguard has the early style hooked guard. The grips are contoured and riveted with light wear but no serious damage. The pommel is unmarked. The shape and construction of the bayonet indicate it would be categorized as Variation A. The flat blade and lack of maker marks indidcate the bayonet was meant for training rather than military service. The scabbard has some wear and uneven denting and a paint stain. Overall in very good condition.
