Description
9/25/23 - This is a barreled action of a Type 35 Arisaka In great condition that was used for a Naval Hiroki Device. The action is chambered in the Japanese 6.5x50 cartridge. The receiver is stamped with the serial number on the bottom and the Koishikawa Arsenal stamp on the side. The top of the receiver is stamped with the Royal Chrysanthamum the the characters for "3 5 Ten Type." The bolt is also stamped with the matching serial number. The action is in great condition with minimal bluing loss. The finish on the barrel has great bluing but there are areas with finish loss and has pitting where the aiming device was attached. The bore is dark but has sharp rifling. These Type 35 actions were used as a part of the Hiroki Naval Subcaliber Aiming Device used on Naval ships to train. Comes with a transit box that has the diagram and instructions of the Hiroki device in it.Specifications
