Description

2/25/20 - This is an ultra rare Police P.38 from World War II, and comes to us from the collection of Alexander Krutzek, who wrote the book on P.38s. One of an estimated 180 produced, this pistol has all matching numbers with Mauser frame, FN slide, but also rare Police Eagle/F proof. With large 'ac 43' proof on slide, this is the rarest Police variant ever produced. The dual-tone finish is in good share, with excellent bluing on the barrel, and mostly just standard edge thinning on the slide. Excellent reddish brown grips, and a mint bore.
