Description
9/3/26 - This is a very unique example of an Erfurt Model 1908 military pistol that was made as a prototype or test pistol. Dated 1911 with the letter "A" stamped as well as the serial number "6" stamped on multiple components. The gun correctly has no stock lug and originally had no hold open (one has since been added). It has an old re-blued finish with very little actual finish loss - just some very minor high edge wear and some discoloration on the side plate. Light pin-pricking under the bluing on the grip straps. Fitted with matching-numbered grips. Comes with an Erfurt magazine - it appears it once had a number been has since been sanded. Minty bore.
