Description

6/25/26 - This is an excellent example of a M1907 Roth Steyr issued to the Austro-Hungarian Army in 1909. This one is all matching, 1909-dated, and has the Austro-Hungarian eagle on the back of the pistol. The disc on the right grip panel is unit-marked "2. LUR 43.", representing the 2 Landwehr Ulan Regiment. This gun comes from the collection of Jan Still and comes with a signed COA from the Still family. It is also photographed and featured on Pg. 397 of Still's "Central Powers Pistols" book. It has been completely professionally restored, so the bluing is beautiful throughout and shows virtually no wear. Fitted with excellent period-correct wood grips. The bore has decent rifling, but there is light pin-pricking and freckling throughout.
