Description
6/19/26- For sale is an unmarked stock for the C96. There are no military or Mauser markings, so it is likely an unofficial third party stock, most likely from the 1920s or 1930s period. There is moderate wear on the wood but no serious damage or deep scrapes. The wood has been varnished. The mounting bracket is intact and blued but may struggle to fit on some models of C96. The bracket is not screwed into the stock. The rear hinge is square, not the original rounded rectangle shape. The lid opens and closes easily but the top edge is offset from the stock body by a few mm, making it look uneven. Overall in good condition.
