06/12/2024 - For sale is a K98k made by Erma Werke (Code ax) in 1941 chambered in 8mm Mauser that was issued to the Luftwaffe. The rifle is in great condition surviving the war and retains much of its original bluing, though it is fading with time. There are small specs of oxidation and wear on the metal as well. The magazine guard has seen the most oxidation but there's no active corrosion. The rifle is all matching down to the action screws. The stock is in good condition and free of any breaks. There is some wear on the toe of the stock where it meets the buttplate. The bore is bright with great rifling. There is an Eagle/L stamped behind the takedown disk on the right side.
